Chicken enchiladas with homemade red corn tortillas and mole (with a whole lot of ingredients!), garnished with whole pepitas and sesame seeds

Whole Magilla

Magilla/megillah is Yiddish for scroll or long story.  Flank steak pinwheels with parmesan, spinach olive oil and touch of lemon juice.
